webADMIN is an Internet based online real time software application for the administration of EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer). The application contains components for state and county administration of a variety of benefit programs including SNAP (food benefits) cash programs such as TANF, child care payments, child care time and attendance, and many other benefit programs. The application also contains segments for EBT Cardholders, EBT Merchants, Child Care Providers, and Third party processors.
