ebtEDGE Agency Services Tab

The ebtEDGE Agency Services Tab page displays links to the following EBT Agency services that you have permission to view or update:

·          webADMIN

·          Cardholder

·          Merchant

·          Provider

·          Exceptions

To access the ebtEDGE Agency Services Tab page:

1.      Click the Services tab from any of the EBT Agency pages
or
Click the List All link next to the Services section in the ebtEDGE Agency Home Tab page. The ebtEDGE Agency Services Tab page displays.

The page also displays the following tabs:

·          Home

·          Reports

·          Documentation

·          Training

·          News

You can perform the following tasks in the page:

1.      Click the Open link next to the webADMIN service to display the Client / Transaction Search page.

2.      Click the Documentation link next to the webADMIN service to display the ebtEDGE Agency Documentation Tab page.

3.      Click the Training link next to the webADMIN service to display the ebtEDGE Agency Training Tab page.

4.      Click the Open link next to the Cardholder service to display the Cardholder Log In page.

5.      Click the Open link next to the Merchant service to display the Merchant Search page.

6.      Click the Open link next to the Provider service to display the Child Care Provider Log In page.

7.      Click the Open link next to the Exceptions service to display the Exceptions Database page.

8.      Click the ebtedge.com link at the top right corner of the page to display the ebtEDGE Main Portal Page.

9.      Click the Log Off link at the top right corner of the page to log out of the webADMIN application.
