Create New Account and New Case

The Create New Account and New Case function allows you to create a new account and new case. A new account must be created before a new case can be added in webADMIN. The actual method you follow depends on your State’s business rules.

 Only users with the proper security rights will be able to open a new account or case. Contact your Zone Administrator to obtain the proper security.
