The card number you enter should not include spaces.
You can access the Cardholder Login page using your existing PIN.
To log in to the Cardholder portal using your existing PIN:
In the Cardholder Log In page:
1. Enter your 16 digit EBT Card number in the EBT Card # field.

2. Click the Login button. The Cardholder Log In - PIN page displays.

If Agency staff accesses the Cardholder portal from the Agency portal, you should enter only the client’s card number and not the PIN. Agency staff should never ask a client for their PIN. Cardholders who access the Cardholder portal must enter the card number and PIN. |
