EBT Exceptions Home - Available Views

The EBT Exceptions Home - Available Views page displays the following list of available views:

· All Exceptions - Displays exceptions in order by date.

· Cardholder - Displays exceptions in order by Cardholder name.

· Pan Number - All - Displays a list of all exceptions in order by Pan number.

· Pan Number - Open Only - Displays a list of only open exceptions in order by Pan number.

· Pending Publication - Displays a list of exceptions in the work queue pending publication.

To display the available view:

1. Click the desired View link. The state name displays.

2. Click the arrow next to the State name. The list of exceptions by month with the most recent exceptions listed first displays.

3. Click the arrow next to the month where you want to begin your search. The list of exceptions expands to display the exceptions in date order.

4. Click the Select link next to the date for which exception you want to view. The EBT Exception Database - Contents page displays.
