Submitting Reports to the Reports Library

The Reports Library page is used to view reports that are no longer displayed on your list of report dates. 

 

To access the reports library page:

1.      Click the Reports Library link in any of the ebtEDGE Agency Reports pages. The Reports Library page displays.

 

Reports are submitted to the Reports Library using one of the following three (3) report views:

·          Submitting Reports by Category

·          Submitting Reports by Name

·          Submitting Reports by Report ID

Submitting Reports by Category

Reports are submitted to the Report Library by category using the following four steps:

Step 1

1. Click the View by Category link in the ebtEDGE Agency Reports page. The Reports (View by Category) page displays.

By default, the Reports (View by Category) page displays when you click the Reports Library link.

2.      Select the agency from the Agency drop-down list. By default, the None option is displayed.

The Agency drop-down list is enabled only if the state has multiple agencies. If the state has only one agency, the Agency drop-down is disabled.

Step 2

3.      Select the Date radio button. By default the Date radio button is selected.

o       Enter the date of the report in the Date field
or
Click the Calendar Icon next to the Date field to select the report date.

OR

Select the Date Range radio button. The From and To date range fields display.

o       Enter the start date range from when you want the report to display in the From field
or
Click the Calendar Icon next to the From field and select the start date.

o       Enter the end date range to when you want the report to display in the To field
or
Click the Calendar Icon next to the To field and select the end date.

Step 3

4. Select the type of report from the Report Type drop-down list.

Step 4

5.      The Available Reports and the Selected Reports sections display and allows you to add or remove reports:

To add the report(s) to the Selected Reports section:   

o       Click to select the report(s) that you want to add from the displayed list of reports in the Available Reports section of the screen .

o       Click the Add>> button. The selected reports display in the Selected Reports section of the screen.

To remove the report(s) from the Selected Reports section:

o       Click to select the report(s) that you want to remove from the displayed list of reports in the Selected Reports section of the screen.

o       Click the <<Remove button. The selected reports re-display again in the Available Report section of the screen.

6.      Click the Submit button to request that the report view be restored from the archive.
A confirmation message displays on the page stating that the report(s) is successfully submitted.

 

To view restored reports:

 

In the ebtEDGE Agency Reports page:

1.      Click the More Dates link. You can navigate through the selected date link(s) and view the restored report. (See Reports - More Dates Link for more information).

Submitting Reports by Name

Reports are submitted to the Report Library by name using the following two steps:

Step 1

1.      Click the View By Name link in the ebtEDGE Agency Reports page. The Reports (View by Name) page displays.

2.      Select the agency from the Agency drop-down list. By default, the None option is displayed.

In states with multiple agencies, the Agency field acts as a filter to show reports only for the selected agency. In single agency states, the selection is disabled and the default filter is None.

3.      The Available Reports and the Selected Reports sections display and allows you to add or remove reports:

To add the report(s) to the Selected Reports section:   

o       Click to select the report(s) that you want to add from the displayed list of reports in the Available Reports section of the screen .

o       Click the Add>> button. The selected reports display in the Selected Reports section of the screen.

To remove the report(s) from the Selected Reports section:

o       Click to select the report(s) that you want to remove from the displayed list of reports in the Selected Reports section of the screen.

o       Click the <<Remove button. The selected reports re-display again in the Available Report section of the screen.

Step 2

4.      Select the Date radio button. By default the Date radio button is selected.

o       Enter the date of the report in the Date field

5.      Click the Submit button to request that the report view be restored from the archive. A confirmation message displays on the page stating that the report(s) is successfully submitted.

 

To view restored reports:

 

In the ebtEDGE Agency Reports page:

1.      Click the More Dates link. You can navigate through the selected date link(s) and view the restored report. (See Reports - More Dates Link for more information).

Submitting Reports by Report ID

Reports are submitted to the Report Library by report ID using the following two steps:

Step 1

1.      Click the View By Report ID link in the ebtEDGE Agency Reports page. The Reports (View by Report ID) page displays.

2.      Select the agency from the Agency drop-down list. By default, the None option is displayed.

You can perform the following tasks in the page:

1.      Click the Reports link. The ebtEDGE Agency Reports page displays.

2.      Click the Data Warehouse link. The Data Warehouse application displays.

3.      Click the View By Category link to submit online reports by their category.

4.      Click the View By Name link to submit reports by their name.

5.      Click the View By Report ID link to submit online reports by their report ID.

6.      Click the ebtedge.com link at the top right corner of the page to display the ebtEDGE Main Portal Page.

7.      Click the Log Off link at the top right corner of the page to log out of the webADMIN application.
