The Void Conversion button only displays after the Convert to Cash button is clicked, and the user did not exit the Cash Conversion page.
To covert cash to food stamps:
In the Cash Conversion page:
1. Click the Convert To Cash button. A confirmation message displays in the Case Information - Client Tab page stating that the cash is successfully converted to food stamps for the client.

Click the Cancel button to exit this page without converting cash to food stamps.
