Registering Online

To register online:

To begin the online registration process, it is required that you enter valid information for all fields in the Provider Identification and User Access sections of the Provider Registration page before clicking the Continue button, or error messages will display.

In the Provider_Identification section of the Provider Registration page:

1.      Enter the child care provider Identification number in the Provider ID field.

2.      Enter the child care provider phone number in the Provider Phone # field.

3.      Enter the last four digits of the child care provider’s bank account number in the Last 4 digits of Provider's Bank Account # field

or

Click the Help? link next to the Last 4 digits of Provider's Bank Account # field to view the bank account number.

In the User_Access section of the Provider Registration page:

4.      Enter a valid email address in the User ID field.

5.      Enter the email address that you entered in the User ID field again in the Re-enter User ID field.

6.      Enter the password in the Password field.

7.      Enter the password that you entered in the Password field again in the Confirm Password field.

8.      Select the challenge question that you would like to answer from the drop-down list next to the Challenge Question field.

9.      Provide the answer for the question selected in the Challenge Question field in the Challenge Response field.

10.  Click the Continue button. The Provider Registration Complete page displays.
