The Benefit Status field displays a value which indicates the current condition of a client's authorized benefits. Values are:
· Active
· Cancel
· Deleted
· Hold

The account is the highest point in the hierarchy relationship for the account, case, client, benefit, and card information in the webADMIN database. One account may contain multiple cases from one or more agencies. |
