Hold Amt

The Hold Amt field specifies the amount of the food stamp purchase transaction that was not cleared. When a FS purchase transaction is phoned in for an authorization number, a hold is put on the client's FS benefit balance equal to the amount of the transaction until the voucher is cleared (assigned a reason).
