The Previous Card link is enabled at the top of the Case Information - Card Tab if the Current Card field information is displayed for the selected client. Click the Previous Card link to view the client’s previous card(s) field information.
The Previous Card link displays field information for the client's previous card(s) in the Case Information - Card Tab page if the search is performed using the client’s previous card number in the Client / Transaction Search page. If multiple previous cards exist, field information for each card is displayed in descending order in a separate content group as: Previous Card 3, Previous Card 2, Previous Card 1. (The Vertical Scroll Bar is used to navigate through all the information listed).
