The Case Information - Card Tab page displays card information for the selected client. This page is accessed from the following pages based on the action performed:
· Case Information - Client Tab
· Case Information - Benefit Tab
The Case Information - Card Tab page has two sections:
· Case Information - as seen in the upper section of the page.
· Case Information - Card Tab - as seen in the lower section of the page.
This section displays the following Read-Only fields:
· Agency
· Case #
· Name
· Card #
· Access
This section displays the following:
· Tabs
· Previous Card fields
or
Current Card (Default Display) fields and
PIN Information fields.
· Case - Click this tab. The Case Information - Case Tab page displays.
· Client - Click this tab. The Case Information - Client Tab page displays.
· Card - (Default Display)
· Benefit - Click this tab. The Case Information - Benefit Tab page displays.
The following Previous Card (Display-Only) fields display for the client if the search is performed using the client’s previous card number in the Client / Transaction Search page:
· Card #
The Case Information - Card Tab page for the Previous Card displays the following buttons and links:
· Refresh
· Help
The following Current Card fields display for the client if the search is performed using the client’s current card number in the Client / Transaction Search page:
· Card # (Read Only)
· Issue Date (Read Only)
· # of Permanent Cards Issued (Read Only)
· Mailing Indicator (Read Only)
· Last Updated (Read Only)
· Updated By (Read Only)
The following PIN Information fields display for the client's current card:
· PIN Selected (Read-Only)
· Last Changed (Read-Only)
· Method
· # Times Changed (Read-Only)
· Failed Attempts (Read- Only)
The Case Information - Card Tab page for the Current Card displays the following buttons and links:
· Refresh
· Update
· Issue PIN (for a new card)

· The Add Card link displays only when the client does not have a card. See Adding a Card for more information. · The Hold Flags List link only displays if the State uses this feature. · The Issue PIN button is enabled only when a client is issued with a new/replacement card or requests for the PIN to be changed. |
