Client Maintenance

The Client Maintenance function allows you to change the client status or update the client's personal information.

 

To access the client maintenance function:

1.      Search for the desired client using one of the search options in the Searching for a Client page, and click the Search button.

·          If a search is performed using the client’s full name, card number, or case number, the Case Information - Client Tab page displays for that client when there is an exact match.

·          If a partial name search is performed, the Client Search Results page displays. To display the Case / Client List page, click the name link for the desired client.

2.      In the Client Search Results page that displays, click the name link for the desired client.

3.      In the Case / Client List page that displays, click the Case # link. The Case Information - Client Tab page displays and displays the client information.

 

You can perform the following tasks:

·          Changing the Client Status

·          Updating Client Information - Client Tab
