Updating Client Information - Client Tab

You can modify and update any or all of the following information for the selected client as desired.

 

To update information for a client:

 

In the Case Information - Client Tab page:

 

1.      Enter the first name of the client in the First Name field.

2.      Enter the middle name of the client in the Middle Name field.

3.      Enter the last name of the client in the Last Name field.

4.      Enter the first line of the client's postal address in the Address 1 field.

5.      Enter the second line of the client's postal address in the Address 2 field.

6.      Enter the third line of the client's postal address in the Address 3 field.

7.      Enter the name of the city where the client resides in the City field.

8.      Select the state in which the client resides from the drop-down list next to the State field.

9.      Enter the name of a person, other than the client, who is the resident at the address on record for the client in the In Care Of field.

The In Care Of field is enabled or disabled based on the security permission provided by the state.

10.  Enter the optional ID for the client in the Optional ID field.

11.  Select the type of client identification from the drop-down list next to the ID Type field.

12.  Enter the date of birth of the client in the Date of Birth field.

13.  Enter the social security number of the client in the SSN field.

14.  Enter the residential contact number of the client in the Home Phone Number field.

15.  Enter the client's secret word or code in the Password field.

16.  Select the status of the client from the drop-down list next to the Client Status field.

17.  Select the appropriate cash and food stamp benefit accesses from the drop-down lists below the Benefit Access field.

18.  Click the Update button. A confirmation message displays on the page stating that the client information is successfully updated.

The Updated By and Last Updated are Read-Only fields.
