Update My Profile

The Update My Profile page allows you to update your profile, or change your password before it expires.

 

To access the Update My Profile page:

1.      Click the Update my profile link in the EBT Partner Home Tab page. The Update My Profile page displays.

 

To update your profile:

1.      Select one of the questions from the Challenge Question: drop down list.

2.      Enter your answer to the selected question in the Challenge Response: field.

3.      Click the Update button. The Update My Profile page displays a confirmation message stating that your profile information is successfully updated.

 

To change your password:

1.      Enter your new password in the New Password field. (See Password Rules for the list of rules for changing your password).

2.      Re-enter the new password in the Confirm New Password field.

3.      Click the Update button. The Update My Profile page displays a confirmation message stating that your password information is successfully changed.

If the update was not successful, re-enter the information in the respective fields, and click the Update button again.

You can perform the following tasks in the page:

1.      Click the ebtedge.com link at the top right corner of the page to display the ebtEDGE Main Portal Page.

2.      Click the Log Off link at the top right corner of the page to log out of the webADMIN application.
