To change the benefit status:
In the Case Information - Client Tab page:
1. Select the appropriate value from the drop-down list next to the Status field. By default, the Active value is displayed.
The benefit status is changed based on your State’s business rules and only if the authorized benefit did not reach the Date Available. |
2. Click the Update button. A confirmation message displays in the page stating that the benefit is updated successfully.
Click the Back to Case / Client List link to exit this page without changing the benefit status.
