Change Benefit Status

The Change Benefit Status function allows you to change a client’s benefit status from Active to another status.

The two instances when a benefit status change is required is when:

·          The client becomes employed

·          The client is placed in a temporary rehabilitation program.

 

To access the change benefit status function:

1.      Search for the desired client using one of the search options in the Searching for a Client page.

·          If a search is performed using the client’s full name, card number, or case number, the Case Information - Client Tab page displays for that client when there is an exact match.

·          If a partial name search is performed, the Client Search Results page displays. To display the Case / Client List page, click the name link for the desired client.

2.      In the Case Information - Client Tab page that displays, click the Benefit tab. The Case Information - Benefit Tab page displays the current benefits for the client.
