Updating Card Information - Card Tab

You can modify and update any or all of the following card information for the selected client as desired.

 

To update the card information for a client:

 

In the Current_Cards section of the Case Information - Card Tab page:

 

1.      Select a card status value from the drop-down list next to the Card Status field.

2.      Select a cash restriction value from the drop-down list next to the Cash Restrictions field.

3.      Click the Update button. A confirmation message displays on the page stating that the card information is successfully updated.

The Card #, Issue Date, Mailing Indicator, Last Updated and Updated By fields are Read-Only.

To update the PIN information for a client:

 

In the PIN_Information section of the Case Information - Card Tab page:

 

1.      Select the method of sending the PIN to the client from the drop-down list next to the Method field.

The PIN Selected, Last Changed, # Times Changed and Failed Attempts fields are Read-Only.

2.      Click the Update button. A confirmation message displays on the page stating that the PIN information is successfully updated.

 

Click the Back to Case / Client link to exit the page without making any changes and return to the he Case / Client List page.
