Updating Case Information - Case Tab

You can modify and update any or all of the following case information for the selected client as desired.

 

To update the case information for a client:

 

In the Case_Information_-_Case_Tab page:

 

1.      Select a case status value from the drop-down list next to the Case Status field.

2.      Select a case area ID value from the drop-down list next to the Case Area ID field.

3.      Click the Update button. A confirmation message displays on the page stating that the client information is successfully updated.

The Creation Date, Cash Distribution Method and Agency are Read-Only fields.

Click the Back to Case / Client link to exit the page without making any changes and return to the he Case / Client List page.
