Case Information - Case Tab

The Case Information - Case Tab page displays case information for the selected client. This page is accessed from the following pages based on the action performed:

·          Case / Client List

·          Case Information - Client Tab

·          Case Information - Card Tab

·          Case Information - Benefit Tab

 

The Case Information - Case Tab page has two sections:

·          Case Information - as seen in the upper half section of the page

·          Case Information - Case Tab - as seen in the lower half section of the page.

Case Information

This section displays the following Read-Only fields:

·          Account #

·          Agency

·          Case #

·          Name

·          Client Status

·          Card #

·          Access

·          Available

·          Case - (Default Display)

·          Client - Click this tab. The Case Information - Client Tab page displays.

·          Card - Click this tab. The Case Information - Card Tab page displays.

·          Benefit - Click this tab. The Case Information - Benefit Tab page displays.

Fields

·          Creation Date (Read-Only)

·          Cash Distribution Method (Read-Only)

·          Case Status

·          Agency (Read-Only)

·          Case Area ID
