Change Card Status

The Change Card Status function allows you to change a client’s card status if the card is lost, stolen, damaged, has to be put on hold, or cancelled, to prevent possible fraudulent access to a client’s benefits.

 

To access the change card status function:

1.      Search for the desired card using one of the search options in the Searching for a Client page. The Case Information - Card Tab page that displays.

2.      Click the Refresh button in the page. The Case Information - Card Tab page that displays with the current card information for the client and allows you to change the card status.
