Changing the Card Status

To change the status of a card:

 

In the Case Information - Card Tab page:

1.      Select the desired value from the drop-down list next to the Card Status field.

2.      Click the Update button. A confirmation message displays in the page stating that the card is updated successfully.

 

Click the Back to Case / Client List link to exit this page without changing the card status.
