Updating Benefit Information - Benefit Tab

You can modify and update benefit information for the selected client as desired.

 

To update the benefit information for a client:

 

In the Case Information - Benefit Tab page:

 

1.      Select a benefit status value from the drop-down list next to the Status field. By default, the Active value is displayed.

2.      Click the Update button. A confirmation message displays on the page stating that the benefit information is successfully updated.

The Creation Date, Cash Distribution Method and Agency are Read-Only fields.

Click the Back to Case / Client link to exit the page without making any changes and return to the he Case / Client List page.
