Updating Benefits for a Client

To update benefits for an existing client:

 

1.      Modify any or all of the desired editable fields in the Benefit Detail page:

o       Enter the code of the county in the (County Code field.

o       Select a status from the drop-down list next to the Status field.

o       Enter the household size of the client in the Household Size field.

o       Select the residence county of the client in the Residence County field.

o       Enter the disaster code of the client in the Disaster Code field.

2.      Click the Update button. A confirmation message displays in the Case Information - Benefit Tab page stating that the benefit is successfully updated for the client.

 

Click the Cancel button to exit this page without updating the benefit for the client.
