The Replace a Card Using Vault Cards function allows you to replace a client’s card using vault cards for over-the-counter states. The card replacement method you use is based on your State’s business rules.

To access the auto and manual card re-issue function:
1. Enter the card number into the Card # field in the Client Search section of the Client / Transaction Search page and click the Search button.
The Case Information - Card Tab page displays for the card number provided and allows you to replace a card using vault cards.
